客室が広く景色も良かった。プールが大きくて、子供がとても喜んでいた。雲海が見られなかったのでもう一度行きたい。 朝食の内容がもう少し良ければ良いなと思いました。

とにかく敷地が広大でした。2泊宿泊しましたが、レストランの種類も豊富のため、食べるものには困らないです。朝は雲海を見に行ったり、ウェルカムラウンジで早い時間からお酒を飲んだり とのんびり過ごせました。

9月3日に娘と二人で宿泊しました。娘は初めての北海道。 新千歳空港から少し距離はありますが、高速道路を利用し、北海道の広大さを感じられる場所でした。 周辺には何もありませんが、ホテル内にレストランがいくつもあり、困ることはありませんでした。 宿泊のお部屋自体は、建物が古いため、新しさを感じられるものはありませんが、特に困ることはありませんでした。 雲海はあいにく見られませんでしたが、何とかお天気ももち、雲が出てくる前に、素敵な朝日を見ることができました。 スタッフの方々の、対応が素晴らしかったと思います。 不愉快な思いをすることはありませんでした。 日程の都合で１泊だけでしたが、数日のんびりと過ごしたい場所でした。 小さなお子様連れにも安心できるリゾートホテルだと思います。

新婚旅行で2泊3日で宿泊しました。 お値段が少々高い星野リゾートですが、お値段に見合ったホテルだと感じました。 ビジネスホテルばかりだったので、食事がまず凄い！おいしい！ ホテルマンの対応が素晴らしい！ 施設も充実しており、今回は雲海も2日連続で見ることができました。 気球にも乗り大満足です。 ですが、各施設の収容人数に対して宿泊者が多い分やはり並びました。 ホテルに大浴場がなく、離れにある露天風呂に入るのに女性は45分待ち。諦めて他の時間にリベンジしました。 ご飯も時間帯によっては並ぶので、早めの行動が望ましいです。 ですが、トータル的に見てとても良いホテルでした！
