[Regarding Futon Setup and Cleaning] Futon setup is self-service.※The same applies for multi-night stays. For rooms with beds, the beds are pre-made. ※However, for cleaning and other services during a multi-night stay, please contact the front desk. [Hot Spring Information] We have an open-air bath with a breathtaking view overlooking the Yutomuraushi River and an indoor bath in a large bathing area with an 8-meter high ceiling filled with natural light. Additionally, we are equipped with a luxurious cold bath using high-temperature mist sauna, natural wood from Tomuraushi, and spring water. Usage hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 AM the next day (bathing available for 21 hours). * Please refrain from bathing between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM due to cleaning. [Shuttle Service Information] - Free shuttle service available from JR Shintoku Station. Customers wishing to use the service must make a reservation by phone. Reservations cannot be made through the reservation form. Please note that seats may be fully booked in advance.
