    父の誕生日に大人数で親族旅行に行きました。誕生日と伝えていたので、 集合写真を撮ってくださって、フレームに入れていただきました。いい記念になりました。ありがとうございました。

    家族旅行で、初めて湯快リゾートを利用。空いている部屋がわんちゃんと泊まれる部屋しかなく、そこに家族三人で宿泊しました。 別館だったので、露天風呂は本館まで行かないとでしたが、とてもよかったです。 部屋に大きめの虫が出て、かなりビックリしましたが、卓球やカラオケなど娯楽が沢山で全体的に楽しめたと思います。

    ペットと泊まれる部屋が本館から離れすぎで行き来が大変。 また、お湯も一定時間経つと水に変わり、不便でした。 基本的にペットに対して、あまり優しい印象はない旅館だと思いました。

    食事はバイキングで離乳食も置いてあり、大浴場は畳がしかれており高齢者や子供の転倒予防に配慮されており素晴らしさを感じた。　 サービスは、受付をしたら部屋にはいると既に布団がしかれており、ポットとお茶パックがあるくらいで部屋に関するサービスは特に可もなく不可もなくという感じでした。 布団を敷くため仕方ない面もあると思いますが、部屋の埃や冷蔵庫の赤カビがあり、持参していたウエットティッシュとアルコールで拭き取り使用しました。その点が気になりました。

    カラオケやプールなど楽しめました。 15時〜翌日12時まで部屋が使用でき、安い値段で泊まれて満足でした
