本館の方で宿泊しましたが、臭い以外、全てよかったです。城崎の風情が味わえるし、内湯も素晴らしい。スタッフの方々もとても親切。でも、館内、部屋全体のトイレ臭？帰るまでずっと慣れませんでした。城崎は毎年行ってて、他の古い旅館にも泊まっていますが、ここまで臭いに悩まされたのは初めて。何か施設の配管とかに問題があるのでは？ものすごくいい旅館なので改善されるといいのにと思います。

8月14日に宿泊しました。宿は立地も良く、部屋も食事も大満足でした。また、担当していただいた従業員の方も気さくな感じの良い方でゆっくり過ごすことができました。翌朝はまさかの家族全員寝坊してしまったのは、くつろげた宿というとでご容赦を。また行きたい街と宿でした。

接客、部屋、雰囲気などとても良かったです。 立地は温泉街の真ん中が理想に対して端の方でしたが特に問題ない程度。 コスパとサービスの良い素敵な旅館でした。

夏休みの土日に宿泊させていただきました。 海水浴場に遊びに行ってからおじゃましたので水着などぬれたものをどこかで流させてほしいお願いをしたら洗って下さり非常に助かりました。ありがとうございました。 ただ時期的に仕方ないのでかもしれませんが食事など時間の制約が細かかったです。
