チェックイン後少ししてチャイムが鳴り、ちょうど手洗い中であったので応答できなかった。するといきなり鍵が開く音がして誰かが勝手に入ってきたと思い、急いで済ませて部屋を見ると寝具の準備をする従業員がいた。大概チェックイン前に用意されているか、食事の合間に準備されているものと思うがそれがなかったのは今回が初めてであり驚いた（チェックイン時間も予定時間の15分ほど前でありそれほど早く到着したわけではなかった）。自分の財布や荷物をかばんから取り出しておいていた状態だったので、プライバシー・セキュリティの問題や準備のために勝手に移動されていたこと、そもそも事前連絡もなく謝罪もなかったのが不快だった。またホテルフロントとその他従業員の連携がとれていないと思われた。 部屋の手洗いのシャンプーの量やトイレットペーパーも中途半端に少なく替えもない状態であったので準備不足と言わざるを得ない。立地や食事については一般的なビジネスホテルと比較すれば概ね良いと思ったが全体としては次宿泊したいとは思わなかった。

Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 24/09/2023大学生の息子との二人旅で利用させて頂きました。 金沢駅でレンタカーを借りて、里山街道をドライブしながら千枚田へ。千枚田からはアクセスが良く、2日目は輪島朝一へのアクセスもよかったので旅のプランが立てやすかったです。 旅館の部屋からは日本海が一望でき最上階からの眺めは素晴らしいの一言でした。 食後の御陣乗太鼓はど迫力で見応えあり、乗り気でなかった息子も大満足していました。 食事も美味しくコスパはかなり良いと思います。

他の方のコメントにある様に設備はとても古く、部屋もエアコン音が大きく、トイレの灯りは薄暗く、廊下に立ちこめる臭いも気になりました。 お風呂は清潔さは仕方ないとして目の前に広がる景色は素晴らしいです。

ホテル内部と設備は昭和の雰囲気や使い方が色濃く残るホテルでした。館内全体が煙草臭いのはどうにかして欲しい。 一階の展望デッキをはじめいたるところで喫煙が出来たり、売店の目立つ所に煙草の自販機があるなど喫煙者ファーストという印象ですし、禁煙室を予約したのに、館内ほとんどの廊下は煙草臭く、部屋の窓を開ければ煙草の臭いが入り込んでくる環境です。 設備に関しては、 部屋に備え付けの湯沸かし器を使ったらブレーカーが落ちてしまいエアコンを含めたすべてのコンセントが使用不能になりました。部屋外に基盤があるためスタッフさんに復旧を依頼し復元しましたが、ブレーカーを共用している他の部屋も電気を使うとまた落ちてしまうとのことでした。エアコンだけでも安心して使いたいので部屋の電気容量を見直して欲しいものです。 バスタオルはとても古くてゴワゴワを通り越してバリバリしてるうえ、生乾き臭が凄まじかったです。大浴場にいるお爺さん達もタオルが臭過ぎると言っていたので、このホテルのタオルすべてが同じ状態なのでしょう。 朝食は美味しかったです。珈琲も美味しかった。ただ、もっと地元食材を用意してPRしてくれたらいいなとは思いました。 私には、もう泊まることはないなと思えるホテルでした。

露天風呂からの景色は最高でした。 立地も良く街並みにも癒されました。 スタッフさんの挨拶にも好感が持てました。
