    先ず、連泊でしたが仕事都合で短縮になったので申し出た所、キャンセル料は発生せずに対応してくれたのは大変ありがたかったです。ただ、一番西の部屋だったが西日が暑くてエアコンを強めに掛けてもなかなか冷えなかった。 それと、不満だったのは部屋やレストラン問わず虫が多かった事。閉口しました。。。部屋ではデスクでPC作業をしていたら小さい虫が這いずり回っており、夜に下のレストランでの食事中テーブルも同様。。。また、朝食事にも虫が飛んでます。ブッフェだったので良い感じがしなかった。トングはビニール手袋着用させるなど、既に感染予防効果的には全く意味無い無策なのに未だに実施していたりとトンチンカンな事は行っている。。。周知してきたホテルや飲食店は廃止してますよ(トイレのジェットタオルと同じで羽田空港等は昨年位から再開してます)。 感染云々で客に義務付ける前に、基本的に対応する事が有るのでは? 大浴場も熱くて入り辛かったです。。。 改善に期待します。

    部屋が思ったより広くてよかった。ご飯美味しいけど、メニューが毎日同じでした。

    大きな浴室があるためか、部屋の風呂場の清掃が行き届いていないような気がします。浴室カーテンの黒カビが酷くて交換レベルでは?浴室天井もカビも。それ以外きれいなので、勿体ない気がしました。久しぶりに草のホテルでの宿泊だったので期待値が高ったから。

    朝ご飯とても美味しかったです。禁煙部屋の空きがなく喫煙部屋でしたが、思った程タバコ臭くありませんでした。けど、空気清浄機を回したら少し臭いが気になった。
