    朝食ほぼ業務スーパーな感じで...... 楽しめなかったです ベランダ外の汚れが、ホテル全体が安っぽく感じられた 見た目は高級感あったけど、残念

    お部屋のアップグレードをしてくださり、広いお部屋に宿泊出来たことは嬉しかったのですが…浴室のシャワーカーテンの端が全てほつれてボロボロになっている様と生乾き臭にとてもがっかりしました。あのカーテンは即変えるべきです。 期待していた朝食も、特出するものはなく…品数はもう少し少なくてもよいのでそれぞれの質を上げてくださると嬉しいかなと思いました。朝食ご担当のスタッフの数も足りないのかな、と感じました。お一人のスタッフが食べ物を補充している間にお客がいらして朝食券を受け取るスタッフが誰もおらず、困っているのを何度も見ましたので…
