    サウナ後の水風呂はあまり冷たくなく満足感が今一つ。朝食は可もなく不可もなし。 禁煙室だったのですが、入室直後はたばこ臭く不快でした。

    ３泊させていただきました。新横浜駅からほど近く、周囲にコンビニやカフェもあり、大変便利な立地でした。にも関わらずリーズナブルでした。また、温泉施設もあり大変快適でした。また利用したいと思います。

    駅からも近く周りには、コンビニや飲食店が沢山あって便利な場所でした。 今回、中学校の娘との旅行でキッチン付きツインのお部屋にして贅沢な気分を味わえました。スパを利用しましたが　きっちり清掃されていて　とても綺麗でした。夕食にホテル内の中国料理ピアさんのテイクアウトを利用して 支配人的な男性スタッフさんが、すごく親切で　感じの良い方でした。 全体的に、レジデンス棟に泊まったので人に会う事もなく　静かに過ごせてとても気に入りました。冬もぜひ泊まりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

When making a reservation, please check the "Accommodation Agreement/Usage Regulations" posted on the hotel's website before making a request.

Luggage storage for hotel guests is available from 9:00 on the day of arrival until check-in, and from check-out on the day of departure until 18:00.

Spa hot springs open from 14:00 to 23:30 (last entry at 22:30) Bedrock bath from 14:00 to 22:00 (last entry at 21:00)

Cleaning of the guest rooms in the residence building will be simple cleaning for consecutive nights; linen amenity replenishment, dusting, and garbage disposal.

Residence: Additional cleaning is available for a fee. Please apply by 8:00 am on the day.

The bathing fee for Shin-Yokohama Onsen is 1,000 yen per guest. There are age restrictions, admission restrictions, etc. Please see the Terms of Use

Customers under the age of 18 can take a bath at Shin-Yokohama Onsen until 21:00. Infants and toddlers are not allowed. Junior high school students and above are allowed to use the bedrock bath salon.

Shin-Yokohama Onsen is closed on the last Monday of every month (subject to change due to nearby events, etc.)

Group booking penalty of 20% from 9 days in advance for 10 people or more, 10% from 20 days in advance for 30 people or more.
