Japan|Age: 20s|Couple5Posted: 27/09/2023駐車場に着いてからのスタッフさんの接客、サービスにとても感動しました。 仲居さんたちもすごく対応が良く、初めて来てすぐに「次もここ！」と思えるようなすごくいい旅館でした☆ 記念日の旅行で楽しい思い出ができて良かったです！ お風呂も貸切風呂を予約して入りましたが、湯上り処もきれいで終始感動でした。 また行きます！

夜景が見える部屋で良かった。四日市の街のライトが遠くに輝いてとても素敵でした。食事も朝夕共美味しく、朝食は特に種類が多く満足なものでした。こんなに素晴らしい宿になっているのは、従業員一人一人の対応から分かる気がします。

古いというコメントも多いですが、きちんとメンテナンスされており清潔で畳も絨毯もシミひとつありませんでした。噂通り食事は大変おいしく、また部屋食だったのでテレビを見ながらのんびりマイペースでいただくことが出来ました。人手不足のおり、感じの良いスタッフがたくさん揃っていて感心しました。早朝出発だったのですが前もって伝えておいたところ、チェックアウト時に温かいお握りを用意してくださっていました。一つだけ小さな不満をお伝えすると、氷がペールでしか注文できず有料（５００円）なこと。飲み物にほんの少し氷を入れたいときもあるので、自販機の隣にディスペンサーを置いていただければ助かります。湯の山温泉ではほかの宿にも泊ったことがありますが、次回も必ずこちらにお邪魔したいと思います。

0歳の子と泊まれるホテルを探しており、寿亭さんに宿泊しました。 プランに含まれる部屋食と貸切風呂は癒しのひとときでした。 少しホテルが小高いところにあり、エレベーターと階段を使いますが、スタッフの方がずっと重い荷物を持ってくださいました。大変だと思います。ありがとうございました。 老舗旅館は古すぎてアップデートされておらず残念だったなと思うところが多いですが、寿亭さんは畳もきれいで、新設された貸切風呂などもあり、古さと新しさが融合していてよいなと思いました。

During the "National Travel Support" period, we will verify your identity. Please have your driver's license, my number, etc. ready.
Children's meals for elementary school students (lower and upper grades) are kaiseki meals similar to those for adults.
The last order for dinner is at 20:00. Please note that meals cannot be served after 20:00.
If you have food allergies, please fill in the name of the food and the number of people. *We do not accept requests for severe allergies or changes to foods that are not good at.
If you need to refrain from using soup stock, binders, seasonings, etc. that use allergic ingredients, please contact the facility.
Nabana no Sato, Nagashima Spa Land, and Suzuka Circuit are about 30-40 minutes away by car using the expressway.
Adults are required to pay the bathing tax separately. (Overnight guests: 150 yen, Day trip guests: 150 yen)

* From June 23, 2022, children aged 0 and over will be charged 2,200 yen (tax included) as a facility usage fee (including breakfast buffet fee).
