Notice from property

Adults will be charged a separate bathing tax of 150 yen per person. Please note that dinner will start at around 6:00 and the entire kitchen will be ready.

☆For guests staying 2 nights or 3 nights, we will change the food from the first night. If you would like the same dishes as the first night, please write in the remarks column in advance. (Even if you change the plan by day and make a reservation, the dish will change.)

For those who wish to be picked up from Toba Station, it is possible with all plans except the business plan. It takes about 25 minutes one way.

Pick-up time is usually 15:10 and 16:20. (Advance reservation is required, and if there is no reservation, the service will not operate.)

The next morning, the departure time to the station is one at 9:50. For those who want to explore Osatsu after checking out, please use the municipal Kamome Bus.

Please note that we cannot accommodate food allergies. Also, if you will be arriving late, please call us in advance. (Please have dinner first.)

Please make a reservation for the private open-air bath at the time of check-in on the day. Please let us know in advance the gender of the adult.

Children's dinner dishes: 70% of guests will have 10 items of children's kaiseki. 50% of people are children's lunch. Please note that we cannot accommodate allergies. We do not allow alcoholic beverages to be brought in.

The standard temperature for the open-air baths in the guest rooms, observation open-air baths, and private open-air baths is 40°C in the summer and 42.3°C in the winter. Thank you for your support for babies or infants with diapers! !

Smoking areas are limited to the smoking areas on the 3rd floor and in front of the entrance on the 1st floor. There is no elevator in the hotel, and guests with walking difficulties cannot stay. Guests with allergies cannot stay (no raw fish allowed).
