Japan|Age: 30s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 01/09/2023母と2人で美味しいものを食べてゆっくりするためだけの旅行計画で利用させていただきました。 普段こういった口コミはまめに投稿する方ではないのですが、接客、お料理、お部屋にお風呂、全てがあまりにも素晴らしかったので投稿させていただきます！ 部屋が新しいわけではありませんが丁寧な清掃がされており全体的に清潔感がありました。 また、担当された方の接客も立ち居振る舞いも本当に素晴らしく、安心出来るねと母と話していました。 食い意地の張った母娘なので、『これは何が入ってる？この野菜は？』といくつも質問する度に全て確認を取って来てくださったり、仙台駅近くの名前が思い出せない…と話していたお店を立地から調べて印刷までしてくださったり、本当にありがとうございました。 部屋風呂が2つあり、外風呂は何時間でも浸かっていられるような絶妙湯加減でした。 離れなので人の気配が一切なく、宿泊中誰とも会わずでサービスの良さも相まって貸切なのかと思うほどでした。 不満という不満は全くありません。 あえて言うのであれば、ですが 朝食メニューが焼魚以外優しい味のものが多くもう少しメリハリがあるとよかったかもしれません。 少食で沢山残してしまったのが本当に心苦しいですが、楽しませていただきました。（量は少なく感じる方の方が多い、とのことですのであまり我が家のケースはあまり参考になりません） 小さい子連れでも利用可能とのこと、次回は娘達を連れてまた伺いたいです。

とても静かな落ち着いた個室でゆっくりできました。また、お部屋係の方にも、きめ細かな対応を頂き、家族全員満足しております。

お食事はどれも美味しく頂きました。 日本酒と頂きたいものばかりで、季節の食材を楽しまれたい、お好きな方にはぴったりかと思います。 お部屋の広縁では、庭園を眺めながらゆったりとした時間を過ごせます。 周りの旅館とは違う、静けさがとても仙台市内とは思えずリフレッシュできました。 お布団も寝心地のいい敷布団で感動しました。 お風呂は好みの泉質ではなかったですが、露天風呂は景色が良く、自然の中で入るお風呂のようで贅沢な時間でした。 アメニティの評価が低い訳は無駄を感じたからです。 特に歯ブラシは、SDGsの概念はないの？と思うほど置いてあり、単純にもったい無さを感じました。 また、タオルもお部屋にあるものを持参するでも構わないのかなと。 良かれと思っているサービスは見直す必要があるように見受けられました。 その分でもう少し質の高いシャンプーなどにしていただきたいです。 サービスはこれまでにないほどのおもてなしだったと思います。終始申し訳ないと思うほどでした。

母と叔父叔母の4人で行きました。クチコミなどでとても評判が良かったので期待して行ったのですが、ホントに素晴らしかった！ 食事は別部屋だったのですが、お部屋ごとに仕切りがありとても感動しました。 また是非行きたいです。
