'Kameshizuku' is an authentic sweet potato shochu carefully crafted using Miyazaki-grown sweet potatoes called 'Kogane Sengan' and natural spring water, following traditional earthenware pot fermentation methods. 'Kyushu Pancakes' are made with flavorful wheat from Oita Prefecture, germinated brown rice grown without pesticides using the Aigamo farming method in Aya Town, Miyazaki Prefecture, mochi millet from Unzen, Nagasaki Prefecture, germ barley from Saga Prefecture, ancient rice (black rice and red rice) from Kumamoto and Fukuoka Prefectures, glutinous rice cultivated in the fertile lands of Kagoshima, and sugarcane from Okinawa and Kagoshima. Featuring a fluffy and chewy texture, they have a natural taste without any emulsifiers, flavorings, or processed starch.
