Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 03/09/2023滞在させて頂きありがとうございました。自然豊かな街でスズムシの鳴き声が響き渡り、夜は花火も見ることができとても良い滞在となりました。 少し早く到着したのですが、14時からチェックインすることができ助かりました。 ホテルからは、朝市が近く便利です。 温泉は、一階と七階に分かれておりやや不便ではありますが、その分空いていたので利用しやすかったです。 お食事ですが、朝食はとても品数が少なく満腹感や満足感が得られませんでした。宿泊の最後の締めでもあったのですが、そこが少し残念でしたので、星四つにさせて頂きました。

昼神温泉は（他の旅館も含め）よく宿泊するところです。とても良い温泉地でお気に入りです。さて今回は食事に辛口の点数をつけました。サービス（スタッフの対応もとても）は良いのですが、食事が美味しくなかったの一言で残念です。特に夕食のお米がまずかった（保温？？）のには驚かされました。

大学生の孫がここの宿が気に入り３回目の利用です、特に７階の大浴場の湯はぬめりのある温泉で気に入ってます、１階の露店風呂も良い雰囲気です、ただ夜は少し暗いのと迷路みたいな露店です、何より車で到着したときから、チェックアウトまで従業員の対応が素晴らしいです、とくに食事処の係の人の気配り、説明が良い、自宅からは遠いですがまた伺います。

宿の方が皆さんとても親切で、子どもに沢山話しかけてくれて嬉しかったです。 お食事も個室だったので、他のお客さんを気にすることなくのびのびと家族で楽しめました。 ありがとうございました！

お値段含め設備、サービス、お風呂、食事など完成度の高いホテルです。 今までで1番良いかも？ 少しだけ言わせていただくと… 夕飯の小鉢が多いのでは？ たくさんのメニューはたいへん嬉しいですが、食べなきゃとプレッシャーになると言うか。 お歳召した方には多すぎるか？ 夜の星空見学ツアーの案内に、山の上は寒いから長袖があった方が良いかも？と案内いただきましたがゴザがあると良いかも？と教えて欲しかったです。 大変満足行く時間をありがとうございます(^^)
