The May dinner fair is a taste test of seasonal white asparagus. We will offer white asparagus from Bordeaux, France, which has a delicious, slightly bitter taste, and white asparagus from Shinshu Ina, which is characterized by its sweetness, as an hors d'oeuvre. Both are extra thick and made to order, so please enjoy them with fluffy, sour hollandaise. *Asparagus has been ordered, but if it cannot be delivered due to weather abnormalities or import restrictions, a different menu will be used.
