Based on the concept of "Staying like you're spending time at a villa. Escape from the daily grind and enjoy quality time," we offer our guests not only a place to stay, but also the opportunity to spend time and enjoy Karuizawa. "Many people come to Karuizawa, but it would be a waste to just visit for sightseeing. We wanted to create a hotel where guests can experience the essence of Karuizawa," so we took advantage of the characteristics of the commercial facility, which was an outdoor mall, and renovated the second floor to create an open-air hotel where guests can enjoy the nature of Karuizawa. Based on the concept of "spending time," the spacious outdoor shared area, which was originally designed as a commercial facility, can be used for activities that can be enjoyed at a villa (BBQ, hammocks, night theater with a 120-inch screen, bonfires, etc.), as well as for workcation. As the hotel name suggests, the theme is CROSS, and we aim to be a place where something new is born through the intersection (CROSS) of "new and old, inside and outside, up and down, people and the city, and people and people."
