3世帯、大人6・子ども1・3部屋で予約しました。両親の金婚式お祝い旅行だったので慎重にお宿選びをしましたが、こちらにして大正解でした。自分も含め家族全員楽しい時間を過ごさせて頂きました。 接客はとにかく丁寧です。 お料理はお腹パンパンです。 お部屋から温泉までの道のりは少し複雑でしたが、夜は間接照明で雰囲気があります。 お部屋も防音がしっかりとされているようで、隣で子どもが泣いてもしっかり耳をすまさないと聴こえない程度でした。 また泊まりたいと思うお宿でした。 ありがとうございました！

毎年結婚記念日辺りに温泉2泊旅行を楽しんでいます。 今回は上高地散策をしたくてこちらにお世話になりました。 2泊して1番嬉しく感じたのが、従業員さんの「おもてなし」の気持ちが伝わる接客でした。 どの方もいつも笑顔です。 そして連休という事で、2日目に上高地散策を予定していた私たち。早めに出かける予定をしていたものの、出勤する途中、駐車場などの混み具合に気付いた従業員さん情報を朝食前に教えて下さり、バスで向かった方が良いのではとアドバイス頂きました。 結果大正解。 前日にお話ししていたことが、情報共有されていたようでした。 お部屋、大浴場、どちらのお風呂も満喫して、お食事もしっかり頂きました。（14キロ程歩いたはずなのに、しっかり体重が(汗)増えちゃうくらいでした。 またお伺いしたいと思います！

①Because of the mountainous area, please plan your trip as soon as possible so that you can arrive by 17:00.
(2) Consumption tax is included in the price. (Bath tax 150 yen is not included)
③ When you come by car during the winter season (mid-November to April), please prepare tire chains and studless tires.
④ When coming from the direction of Matsumoto, the car navigation system may guide you via Norikura, but for a detour, proceed to the Kamikochi area and go to [via Sawando] to see the "Shirahone Onsen" sign. Turn right and come from Prefectural Route 300
⑤ For elementary school children, we will prepare dishes that are similar to adults. (If you are an elementary school student and would like to have a children's lunch, please contact us by phone.)
⑥ We will prepare a children's lunch for infants who have meals.
⑦ Children aged 0 to 2 (no need for a futon) are free of charge, so please do not include them in the number of people and let us know in the remarks column.
⑧ For food allergies, we will do our best to deal with only "7 specific raw materials (eggs, milk, wheat, peanuts, shrimp, buckwheat, crab)".
