The main dish, Shinshu beef marbled meat, is one of our specialties. It's tender and melts in your mouth. If there are any ingredients you dislike or cannot eat, please contact us at the time of reservation or at least three days before your stay. Depending on the ingredient, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
