    This plan includes dinner and breakfast. ★This plan is our standard plan all year round★ Thanks to you, we have been highly praised by our customers for a long time, and many of them have come back to stay. A modern Japanese inn with attentive hospitality. Please enjoy to your heart's content the chef's exquisite cuisine, which incorporates plenty of seasonal ingredients from Shinshu, unique to Tamaya Ryokan, and the hot spring water, which is 100% natural and straight from the source. ■ Tamaya Hospitality (Common Benefits for All Plans) - Enjoy over 10 types of soft drinks, including authentic coffee and tea, at the hearth on the first floor (Hours: 14:00-22:00, 7:00-11:00) - Women only/Free rental of colorful yukata (can be put on between 14:00-17:30) - Free use of massage chairs at the healing center on the first floor - One outdoor bath ticket for Bessho Onsen per person - One pair of Bessho Onsen ward-off evil spirits chopsticks per person ■ Dinner Tamuya's basic kaiseki course. The main dish is hot stone grilled Shinshu premium beef. Enjoy comparing two different cuts of safe, secure and delicious "Shinshu premium beef" that meets the standards independently established by Nagano Prefecture. ・Tender "fillet" with less fat ・Sirloin with a lot of marbled meat and a sweet taste "Shinshu Japanese Kaiseki" using seasonal local ingredients Appetizer/Soup/Sashimi/Sashimi/Main dish/Grilled dish/Takiawase/Fried dish/Rice/Fruit The rice is Koshihikari rice from Shiota Yaeyama, a local farmer.
