Why not take a stroll around the nostalgic stone-paved hot springs in a yukata and geta? ~ Shibu Onsen has nine public baths called "outdoor baths" with natural spring water, so you can enjoy visiting them all. Free for guests staying overnight. For "dinner," enjoy dishes made with local vegetables, mushrooms, Shinshu beef, and more. For "breakfast," enjoy warm Shinshu miso soup, freshly cooked koshihikari rice from Nagano Prefecture, and complimentary coffee. The outdoor baths are open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The indoor baths are open 24 hours a day (except during cleaning). *A bathing tax of 150 yen (per adult) will be charged.

Shinshu Premium Beef is a safe, delicious beef that has been certified according to strict standards unique to Nagano Prefecture. Our hotel is also a Nagano Prefecture certified "Shinshu Premium Beef Store". In addition to the main dish of Shinshu Premium Beef, you can enjoy dishes made with seasonal local and Shinshu ingredients. *We will use Shinshu Wagyu beef, although we do not know which brand will be used depending on the availability of stock!
