In addition to sightseeing and exploring the town, you can also enjoy peaceful moments in the garden with spring water or the private hot spring bath. For meals, this is ideal for those who want to enjoy local flavors while strolling through the town. Around the HOTEL Suimyaku shopping district, there are many dining establishments run by locals. Enjoy your meals while exploring nostalgic streets and discovering your preferred spots. [Hot Springs] Shimabara Hot Spring (carbonated spring) water is supplied directly to the bathtubs in each guest room. Enjoy your stay at your leisure and at any time that suits you. [Room Information] If you are staying with three or more adults per room, we will prepare an extra futon. Please note that the sleeping area may become slightly cramped as furniture will be moved to make space. Additionally, for stays of three nights or less, room cleaning will not be provided during your stay. If you wish to have towels or amenities replenished, please inform the staff. [Accommodation for children] For children below elementary school age who wish for bed-sharing w/guardian, please select 'Infant' without futon (up to 2 children free). Children in middle school or older are requested to book at the adult rate. [Facility Guide] Our facility is a renovated traditional Japanese farmhouse over 170 years old, preserving the charm of its original wooden architecture. Due to the presence of stone-paved paths and steps at the entrance to the guest rooms, please understand that it is difficult to accommodate barrier-free access. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance. [Check-in Information] After 17:00, guidance will be provided via self-check-in. Additionally, on Thursdays and Fridays, only self-check-in will be available throughout the day. In the case of self-check-in, a PIN will be sent via email by the day before check-in.
