Enjoy the dishes prepared by our head chef using only natural, nutritious ingredients, without using any processed products, in Arita ware dishes carefully selected by Higashien. [Meal contents] Kaiseki cuisine is rich in seasonal changes such as appetizers, zazuke-su, zurimi, colorful hassun from the Shimabara Peninsula, pottery, hot spring steamed dishes, oyogi, tomewan, and sweets. *As we use seasonal ingredients, the menu may vary depending on the day* ■Breakfast■ Breakfast using Unzen local ingredients *The venue will be a restaurant or a private dining room (please leave it to our hotel) *From May 2021, restaurant venue overlooking Oshidori Pond 　It will be prepared “on the lake”. ■Hot spring■ You can enjoy the hot water of Unzen Onsen flowing directly from the source. Relax in the large public bath, open-air bath with a spectacular view of Oshidori Pond and the Unzen Mountain Range, cypress bath, and sauna. ■Notes■ Food photos are for illustrative purposes only. ■Hospitality at Higashien■ ・Welcome drink and original sweets upon arrival ・Free parking after check-out ・Towels are always available in the large public bath. ・We will ask you about the things you cannot eat with meals. ・Wheelchair rental available (first 2 people) ・High chairs are also available. ■Note■ *Due to the enforcement of the Health Promotion Act, all guest rooms at Higashien will be non-smoking from April 1, 2021.
