There are many situations where parents can't take their eyes off and get restless, so we don't recommend it for small children of preschool age or younger. 〇 Walk-in closet 〇 Free wifi 〇Foreign language broadcasting 〇 We offer a comfortable sleep on a "premium class" semi-double (W120 x L195 cm) bed made by Sealy, which is used by the world's first-class hotels. 〇If you make a reservation for 3 people, 1 person will be provided with a futon. We will prepare the "AIR" (W97 x 195 cm) futon mattress made by Tokyo Nishikawa, which has gained tremendous support from many famous athletes. Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 19/09/2023３年前に雲仙に立ち寄った際、このホテルを見ていつか泊まってみたいと思っていました。 今回、念願かなって３泊の長崎旅行の最後に宿泊。想像以上のホスピタリティに、本当に来て良かったと実感しました。 特に部屋のテラスのソファでお風呂上がりに噴煙を見ながらゆっくりビールを楽しんだ時間は忘れられない思い出となりました。 テラスにソファがあるホテルは珍しく、誰にも気兼ねせずゆっくりテラスでくつろぎたい方には是非オススメのホテルです。 夕食もスタッフのお兄さんと楽しい会話をしながら食べたことのない美味しい逸品の数々を堪能し、その他にも書ききれないほどの気持ちよさがあるホテルです！ またいつか必ず行きます。

9/10に初めて宿泊させて頂きました。 スタッフの丁寧の接客に癒されました。 部屋から見る雲仙地獄は圧巻でした。 柔らかい泉質のお風呂も気持ち良かったです。 お料理も素晴らしく美味しく頂きました。 必ず又訪れたい宿です。

９月８日（金）から宿泊しました。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらい、雲仙地獄を先に散策しました。チェックイン後、早速、カフェバーに行って、無料のアルコールやビネガーを頂きました。夕食に出された真鯛の蒸し焼きや長崎和牛ランプの炭焼きは非常においしかったです。食後も、カフェバーに行って、ビールが飲めたのも最高でした。お風呂は、各部屋に設置のタイプでしたが、いつでも何回でも入れるので、良かったです。朝食は、和食を選択しましたが、鯛と煮アサリを添えた特製ダシの卵かけご飯は絶品でした。欲を言えば、おかわりが出来ればなお良かったです。また、雲仙に旅行に行った際には、是非、宿泊したいと思います。

初めて利用させていただきましたが、さすがに雲仙を代表するホテルです。 宿泊させていただいてよかったです。 朝食の、ビーフシチューがとても美味しく 買って帰ろうかと思ったのですが、既に売切れでした・・・ 残念。

8月17、18日の一泊二日の家族旅行で離れを予約し宿泊させていただきました。館内の雰囲気はもちろん、特に気に入ったのが、男性スタッフの対応の良さです。雲仙地獄を回ろうとした時には、雲行きが怪しかったので、傘の準備をしてくださったり、改装のお話、夕食の際にはお料理のことはもちろん、九州出身なのでホークスの話題など、話の引き出しをたくさん持たれている方で、私情を含めたたわいもない話をしてくださり、心身ともに温かい気持ちで過ごすことができました。ホテルライフはもちろんですが、行き届きすぎたサービスにただただ感心をしていました。 ※チェックアウト時に室内にメッセージを残させていただいたくらい、感動しました！ 四季を通して楽しめる宿だとお聞きしましたので、また別の時期に宿泊させていただきたいです。
