Japan|Age: 40s|Solo2Posted: 17/11/2022家族で利用致しました。 駐車場が、お部屋より少しだけ離れた位置だったので、お宿の人が荷物を運んでくれました。街灯がないので暗かったので、懐中電灯持って行けば良かったかな。 お部屋は清掃料がかかる割にはきれいとは言い切れず。神経質な人には辛いかな。 お風呂の窓が大きいのですが、ブラインドが降りてこず、チェックしておいてほしかったです。窓も一部クレセントがおりないところがあり、寒い時期は辛いかな。置いてあったスリッパの足先にティッシュが詰められていて使うのに躊躇しました。加湿器のタンクもクロカビがアリ使えませんでした。玄関扉はツーロックなのですが、下しか閉まらず…。 あまり利用する人が少ないのかなと思う感じでした。 もう少し、掃除や設備のチェックを頑張っていただきたく思いました。 コロナを気にしていたので一棟貸しはありがたかったし、子供さんがいるご家庭にはいいかなと思います。近隣の飲食店が少ないので、ご飯は考えておいた方がよさそうです。
Reply from the propertyご指摘ありがとうございます。 スリッパについては現在ルームシューズに変更しております。洗えるタイプなので、宿泊ごとに洗濯しております。 クレッセントは確認しましたが、ちゃんとかかります。また、お風呂の窓のブラインドですが、これも降りてきます。確認いたしました。 加湿器のタンクに黒カビについては掃除いたしました。ご指摘ありがとうございました。 玄関の鍵は確かに下しか閉まりません。 清掃料のことですが、これは純粋に経費なので、ここまでOTAから手数料を引かれてしまうと困るので宿泊料金と別にさせていただいております。ご理解ください。清掃はもっと徹底させていただきます。 お食事の件ですが、現在はパスタやピザなどのお食事をメニュー限定でご提供するようにいたしました。宿泊者の方にはバーベキューだけでなくカフェもご利用いただけます。 ご指摘ありがとうございました。今後ともどうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。
