The rice is, of course, Koshihikari rice from Niigata. You can enjoy different menus for each season, such as wild vegetables in spring, summer vegetables such as tomatoes and corn in summer, mushrooms in autumn, and boiled crab in winter. The vegetables that we grow every day with care, imagining the happy faces of our guests, are grown without any pesticides and have an exceptional taste! It is said that Kenshin Uesugi, a man from the Warring States period, visited this hot spring to relieve his fatigue from battle.
