In 2018, we received 4 Red Pavilion certifications in the Michelin Guide 2018 Kumamoto/Oita Edition. We are always working hard to please our customers, from researching cuisine that is in line with the times, to our worldview, to training our chefs. (Travel design) The design was done by Eiji Mitooka, who also designed the luxury sightseeing train ``Seven Stars.'' Mr. Mitooka's designs blend into the traditional techniques of Japanese inns, and you can experience a variety of designs inside the hotel.

It usually takes about two hours for you to enjoy your meal at your leisure. The Kaiseki course menu changes daily depending on the seasonal ingredients available that morning. [Second night: Chef's selection of Japanese beef dishes] ・Carefully selected Japanese beef sukiyaki set meal (sukiyaki, small bowl, hagama rice, soup, pickles) ・Carefully selected Japanese beef shabu-shabu set meal (shabu-shabu, small bowl, hagama rice, soup, pickles) You can choose from. This dish uses plenty of domestic Wagyu beef carefully selected by the head chef. *We will bring one pot per person, so you can choose separately.
