Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 12/09/2023夫婦で初めて湯原温泉に出かけました。日頃からこじんまりとした旅館を希望していましたので、つるやさんは希望通り落ち着いた雰囲気のある旅館で喜びました。特に食事に関しては、味、量、品数等とてもおいしく大満足でした。特に山女魚の塩焼きは絶品でした。また、食事場所も個室でよかったです。お風呂はそんなには大きくなかったですが、清潔に手入れされいて安心して入浴できました。なお、湯質もなめらかで湯量も多くとてものんびりできました。スタッフの方の対応もよく、サービス面もよかったです。それと、日本酒の利き酒（試飲）の機会もあり、おいしく頂きました。また、機会があれば出かけたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

母親と宿泊しました。 館内もお部屋も綺麗で、源泉掛け流しのお風呂もあって気持ちよく最高でした。 夕食と朝食は、味はもちろん、量もボリュームあって美味しく頂きました。また宿泊したいです！ 館内の大きなオオサンショウウオも観れて良かったです！

毎年様々な温泉露天風呂付客室に泊まってきました。こちらは古いけど掃除が行き届いていてホントに気持ちよかったです。和室に入るとすでに布団が敷かれていたのも良かったです。旅疲れに、気を遣わずすぐに横になれました！ 客室露天風呂は、過去イチで広く、背の高い旦那も、足を伸ばせてとても喜んでました！何回も部屋の露天風呂入りました。 ご飯は、お肉でお腹いっぱい！40代50代には多すぎたかも？でも大満足！世話係の方もお元気で丁寧ででも控えめでゆっくりできて良かったです。食事処は、ふすまで完全個室になって広々でした。古き良き温泉宿て感じでした。ただ古いゆえに、エレベーターなし、階段です。 オオサンショウウオが居ます。 帰りは玄関出口に、ステキな品のある女将さん？らしき人がお見送りしてずっと手を振ってくれて、満たされました。久々良い宿だなと感じました。

家族4人で利用。従業員のおもてなしとサービスの質が高く、食事は完全個室で料理もボリュームあり大満足です。子ども連れでしたが、色々と配慮いただきまた行きたいと思えるお宿でした。建物は所々古い名残りがありますが、綺麗にリフォームされ、清掃も行き届いて快適に過ごせました。部屋の露天陶器風呂が良かったです。川の眺望は望めませんが、山間の景色は楽しめます。少し目隠しのガードが甘く女性は気にするかもしれません。総じて大満足の評価です。

お風呂は大浴場も客室もとても気持ちが良かったです。接客はみなさん明るくて爽やかでした。乳児連れでしたが、いろいろとご配慮いただき感動しました。 布団が薄くてあまり寝れなかったのが残念です。
