    部屋の掃除もいきとどいていて、朝食は小ぶりのパンは女性にはとっても良かった。新幹線からホテル迄分かりやすく便利でした。又利用したいです

    一人素泊まりにコスパ良くピッタリでした。事前の電話での問い合わせもチェックイン時も対応が良かったです。 コメントから駅からの道が分かりにくそうだったのでHPの道順を見て行きました。歩道橋が工事中で真っ直ぐに降りる階段が塞がれています。右側を降りて元の方向に向かいます。

    マクドナルド新大阪阪急ビル店 近くの出入り口から出ると近いです。 お風呂の設備が良く温度調整が簡単でした。

    風呂上がりに着たパジャマに血が付いていたので、フロントに電話して代わりのものを持ってきて欲しいと頼んだところ、対応できないというホテルとは思えない残念な対応。 パジャマのまま取りに行けということか？と聞くとそうだと。 もう泊まることはないかな。
