    駅からもわかりやすく天気が悪くても安心して行ける。今回5年ぶりにオリエンタルホテルに泊まるのを楽しみにしていました。部屋も広くきれいで過ごしやすくゆっくり休めました。 ただ非常に残念だったのが朝食。おかずになる物がウインナー・鯖のみ、焼きそば・ビーフシチュー・海苔・納豆と圧倒的に品数が少なすぎる。これで1650円は高すぎ過去一最悪な朝食だった。また海外からの旅行者も多く使い方が汚い。色んな所にソーセージが転がっていたりご飯窯の蓋も開けっ放しなのでご飯が一部乾燥しているし、衛生的にも良くない。そこはホールスタッフが見回って対応してほしい。

    私のミスで喫煙室を予約してしまい、そんなことには気づかずチェックインの際に確認された時に、禁煙で…とお願いしたら、空いていた禁煙のお部屋にすぐ変更してくれました。とても助かりました。このホテルは外国の方の宿泊が多いように感じました。立地もよく、ホテルから歩いて色々行けるのでとても良かったです。また利用したいです。ただ、提携している駐車場、結構な繁華街の中にあったので通行人が多いし一通は多いし危険でヒヤヒヤしました。

    立地は、なんばグランド花月の近くでにぎやかな場所だが静かでゆったりとしている。対応、設備は普通レベル。ネガティブなのは専用駐車場がないこと。提携3か所は車サイズ制約などあり、事前に確認おすすめ。朝飯は品数少ないバイキングだが、味はいい。スタッフの対応は人によってレベルの差が激しい印象。
