    寒波が来ている時に利用しました。雪で渋滞に引っかかり到着時間が遅くなってしまいましたが対応してくださいました。またホテルの駐車場がいっぱいでもすぐにコインパーキングを案内してくれました！お部屋も広くて良かったです！ただドライヤーの風が弱いな？と個人的に感じたのでロングヘアーの方は持参したほうがいいかもしれないです！
