とにかく接客サービスが素晴らしかったです。部屋に案内してくれた女性の方は会計の方でしたが、本来自分は案内のスタッフではないと言って謝ってくれましたが、十分すぎる対応でした。その後担当のスタッフの方が食事の時まで担当してくれましたが、研修中とネームプレートにあったのですが、学んだことを一生懸命実践してます、という感じでとても好印象でした！大変かとは思いますがこれからも頑張ってほしいです。 食事も全て美味しくてお風呂も美肌の湯を満喫しました。欲を言えば大浴場と露天風呂が別の場所だったので一度に楽しむことが出来ず2回にわけて行くのが残念でした。 違う季節の時にまたお世話になりたいです。

Japan|Age: 20s|Couple5Posted: 17/09/2023彼女との記念日旅行として利用させていただきました。 いい値段する旅館ですが十分に払う価値がある旅館です。 まずチェックイン時にゲストサポートの方から挨拶を受け、嬉野茶で紅茶を入れてくれました。その後、部屋担当の方に引き継がれ一緒に部屋に行き、露天風呂のお湯はりの説明などを受けました。 説明が一通り終わったあと、ウェルカムデザートとして旅館内の工房で作っているプリンとその場で点てた抹茶をいただきました。 このサービス精神盛々の姿勢にさすがだなぁ…と感じるところがありました。 部屋ですが東館2階のwith oakという部屋に宿泊しました。畳の部屋が1つ、ベットルームが1つ、露天風呂のテラスが1つという形で構成されていました。リノベしてあまり時間が経っていないようで壁、天井、ベッド全てが綺麗でした。 食事ですがほんっとにたくさん食べさせてもらいました。 普段食べないような高級会席料理をいただいたのですが、料理1つ1つからこだわりを感じ、本当においしかったです。 シェフが出汁にこだわったという鍋が1番美味でした。最後に締めでご飯が来たのですが、その出汁と合わせて雑炊にするといいと部屋係の方が教えてくださったのでその通りにしました。皆さんも行くことがあればぜひしてみてください。飛びます。 お風呂はたくさんあって1泊じゃ全部入りきれませんでした。 部屋にある露天風呂、貸切露天風呂、西館4階の内湯、東館2階の露店大浴場とあったと思いますが、部屋と貸切の露天風呂しか巡れませんでした。 今度利用する時はぜひ全部巡りたいと思います。 本当にこの旅館はお客さんに満足して欲しいんだろうなと感じました。 おもてなしの姿勢の最高峰と感じるほどです。 私みたいな一般庶民にはなかなか手が出ずらい料金の旅館にはなりますが本当に満足でいっぱいの旅となりました。 ぜひ皆さんも記念日など大切な日にご利用してみてください。このスタッフさんだとサプライズで何かしてくれるかもしれませんよ…

お部屋がとても広く開放感があって良かった。 部屋に温泉露天風呂もあり時間を気にすることなくゆっくり浸かる事が出来ました。 料理も品数が多くて丁度良い感じの量・味付けで満足でした。 接客対応も丁寧でとても良かったです。ありがとうございました。

とても社員教育がされていて、丁寧過ぎる程の接客でした。お料理も豪華。かけ流しではありませんでしたが，お湯もとても良かったです。年末年始の予約も確認しましたが満室でした。少しずつリニューアルをされているらしくて部屋が少ないようです。満足できました。

*Renewal Japanese-Western style rooms and Japanese-style rooms do not have open-air baths. Also, the bath in the room is not a hot spring. * There are several places to eat and you cannot choose. Also, it is not a completely private room.
