埼玉スーパーアリーナ公演を見に行った時に使いました。歩道橋で繋がっていました。早く行って荷物も預かって頂いたので楽でした。

さいたまスーパーアリーナでのイベント参加のため、利用しました。 チェックインの時間より1時間ほど早く着いてしまったのですが、家族が熱中症ぎみだったので早めにチェックインさせてもらえないかお願いしたところ、快く受けていただき、とても助かりました。 スーパーアリーナまでも徒歩数分だったので、暑い中の移動もあまり苦になりませんでした。 暑かったので、寝るときもクーラーをつけっぱなしにしていたのですが、室内が乾燥しすぎて喉を痛めることなく、快適に過ごせました。 あと、細かい話ですが、浴室のシャワーヘッドが大きく、髪を洗うのがすごく楽でよかったです。タオルも朝晩使い分けられる枚数が備えてあり、よかったです。 機会があれば、また利用させていただきます！

急なアーリーチェックイン希望に気持ちよく応えて下さって助かりました。 夜イベント帰りホテルまで駅からのデッキを利用してが、暗く人気がなくかなり怖かったので、次回からは駅から明るい道を歩くかタクシーを使用しようと思った。 施設は綺麗で過ごしやすかったです！

食事無しプランのため食事に評価はつけていません。 ビバラロックに子連れ参加のため、無理したくなく毎年お世話になっています。 会場まで歩いてすぐで立地にも満足しています。
