送迎も良くしてくれて、料理も品数が多く大変おいしかったです。 アメニティは、充分揃っていて足りなくなるとすぐ補充してくれました。温泉も掛け流しで、檜の浴槽でゆっくりくつろげました。部屋からの景色は、海が一望でき、夕焼けも美しく素晴らしかったです。大満足でした。
誕生日のお祝いで利用しましたが、とても良い旅館でした。 お部屋もお風呂も綺麗でした。特に貸切風呂が良かったです。 お食事に関しては色々意見があるようですが、私はすごく美味しいと感じました。夕ご飯はボリュームがあり、朝ご飯もご飯のお供がたくさんで楽しくわくわくしました。 スタッフさんは外国人の方がほとんどでしたが、一生懸命さが伝わってきて好感が持てました。 来年の誕生日のご褒美にも是非利用したいです。
土肥花火大会初日より1泊、昨年秋から通算で4度目の利用でしたが、チェックインの際に、4ヶ月前から予約していたお気に入りの部屋の設備不具合を告げられ、別の部屋への宿泊となりました。致し方無いですが、少なくとも不具合が判明時点で事前に連絡をいただきたかったです。また当日も、不具合があった部屋の状況も見せて頂けず、納得のいく説明や丁寧なお詫びもなかったので、大変残念でした。 でも、家族一同枇杷さんのファンなので、次回も今回泊まれなかったお気に入りの部屋を予約して、利用したいと思います。
