Japan|Age: 20s|Family with kid(s)1Posted: 21/09/2023嫁と付き合っていた時に行った事があり子供が産まれ初めての旅行に使用。 自分も誕生日が重なり大分背伸びして良いお部屋を予約。 夜、子供が寝たら夫婦で客室露天風呂を楽しむつもりでしたが 寝かしつけた後、用意していただいた子供の布団に大量の蟻が発生。 初めてあんな量見たし、まだ半年の子供の周りに大量の虫で鳥肌立ちました。 すぐロビーに連絡しましたが警備の人しかおらず対応がちょー遅い。まぁ、警備の人だからしょうがないか、、、 こっちから申し出て他の部屋に移動。もちろんグレードダウン。 翌朝、ちゃんと話があるのかと思ったら、『大変でしたね』と、特に何事もなく。 チェックアウトまで客室露天風呂使っていいと言われていたがもうクリーニング入ってるし。 チェックアウト時はお詫びの物という付箋が貼ってはるお菓子を渡されるだけ。 正直がっかりでしかありません。 色々と見直す必要があるのではないかと。

リピで泊まらせていただきました。前回の宿泊時と夕食が同じメニューということで、急遽、違うメニューをご用意いただきました。ボリュームもあり大変おいしかったです。 お心遣いに大変感謝します。 部屋も離れ、温泉もかけ流しでゆっくりできました。
