    9/17に宿泊しました。あこがれのクラシックホテル。館内ツアーに参加して、色々見学できて良かった。食事、サービスも行き届いていました。

    お部屋と食事は良かったですが、金額と比べれば特に凄いということはないと思います。サービスは金額に比べてイマイチでした。古いホテルであることを差し引いてもお風呂はひどいです。バスタブは禿げているし、シャワーカーテンは横幅が短めで、立ってシャワーを浴びると外にお湯が飛び散りました。ユニットバスでももっと快適なホテルはいくらでもあるのに、金額に比べて酷すぎます。とても楽しみにしていたので本当にがっかりでした。

    日本の迎賓館。明治から変わらぬ姿勢で継続されている事が奇跡のクラッシックホテル。 古き良さ、重厚な雰囲気、をしっかり楽しみました。 人の少ない時間に東照宮へ徒歩でお出かけ。 お腹が空いたらすぐ下にある金谷ベーカリー。 朝は奇跡のオムレツを頂き大満足です。 夜はルームサービスで100年カレーを頂きゆっくりできました。 ２０代の娘と世話になり、娘世代にこの良さを伝えたくて 泊まりましたが、娘にもしっかり伝わった様です 今後も日光に金谷ホテルあり、大変でしょうが ずっとあり続けてください。

    150周年での歴史を彷彿とさせる老舗ホテルで、館内ツアーも充実。 食事も厳選されていて至近の歴史館見学も興味深い。
