４回目の宿泊です。以前宿泊した際は盛大な歓迎とサービスに大満足大絶賛だったのですが、今回は、太鼓歓迎がしょぼい、部屋に入った時の匂いがカビくさい、部屋のエアコンがきかず暑い、朝食時ご飯の2杯目おかわりに、もうご飯がないと言われたり、以前を知ってるだけに残念でした。 以前は夕食時女将が挨拶にも来てくれて感動しましたがそれもなかった。

他の投稿を見てからお邪魔しましたが個人的には大満足です 古い建物なので老朽化して音などはしますが趣があって良いと思います お食事も夕食、朝食ともに◎ 食べきれない量で美味しかったです 改善すべき点はあるかと思いますが気持ちよく宿泊できましたので大満足しております ありがとうございました

お風呂は源泉かけ流しで最高です。 食事は年齢的に多過ぎかな、味付けは美味しいです。 問題は部屋のエアコンが全然効かない、送風状態で特に暑い日だったので、眠れなかったです。 冷温水発生機タイプだと思いますが、ファンコイルユニットに.冷水が回ってないのでは？ そんなことでトラウマ状態なので、次は無しです。

今回は5ヶ月の赤ちゃんを連れ家族3人で伺いました。事前に赤ちゃん連れである事を伝えておりましたが、まさかベビーグッズがあるとは思わず…！食事処でのクーファンの用意、子ども用の食器の用意、ベビーバスの貸出等とても有難いおもてなしばかりで感動しました。 お宿の雰囲気もとても素敵で、特にロビーから眺める景色は絵画のように綺麗でした。料理も美味しく、露天風呂も最高でした。 子連れ旅行は初めてでドキドキしていましたが、とても温かく迎えて下さり感謝しています。非日常を味わう事ができ、リフレッシュ出来ました。また是非伺いたいです。有難うございました。

●Reservations for the private open-air bath can be made after check-in.
●Check-in is between 15:00 and 17:30. ●Dinner is for 2 hours starting from 6pm. If you will be arriving after 5pm, please contact us.
●Please let us know your means of transportation and a phone number (mobile phone, etc.) where we can contact you on the day of your visit. ●Please let us know your name and the number of men and women. ●Children's meals differ from adults' meals.
