到着してチェックインの時にフロントの方がお忙しかったからか、ずっと下を向いて電話対応していてしばらく待たされました。障害があるので質問をしたらさも迷惑そうにあしらわれました。二度と利用しません。ホスピタリティは皆無です。

東京駅からヤエチカ経由でなんとか歩ける距離です。部屋＆風呂は綺麗でした。アメニティとコーヒーはフロント横にあります。入浴剤もありました。 近くにセブンあります。 部屋の冷蔵庫がブーンてうるさくて止めて寝ました。（泣）

4階に泊まりました。高速の音がうるさすぎて、耳栓をしても安眠できませんでした。 フロントに耳栓が置いてありますが、部屋の階によっても騒音が違うのかなと思います。 窓を二重にしたほうがいいのではないでしょうか。 デスクの所に鏡がないのも、女性には不便かなと思います。
