Japan|Age: 40s|Family with kid(s)3Posted: 03/09/2023夜0時を過ぎた頃に突然ドンドンドン！とドアを叩く音、ガチャガチャ！とドアノブを動かす大きな音で家族全員飛び起きました。ドアの穴から見ると見知らぬ人がドアを開けようとしていて…部屋が違う事を伝えてもやめようとせず警察呼びますよ！とつい叫んでしまいました。恐怖感で大声を出してしまい申し訳ありませんでした。 そしてフロントに電話。するとすぐに来てくださりウロウロしていたその人の対応をしてくださりました。結局酔っ払って部屋を間違えたらしく部屋まで送り届けたのでもう大丈夫と電話もくださりました。 その後はすっかり目が覚めてしまったのと、後から来る恐怖感で全然眠れず2日目の旅行は体調最悪でしたが、あの時フロントの方がすぐ来てくださってどれだけホッとしたか。敏速な対応に感謝しています。 ありがとうございました。

駅からも近くて観光に便利でした。連泊で、ごみの回収に入ってくれていましたが、回収したゴミを部屋の隅に落としたままなのは残念でした。

ホテルの方の対応もよく、駅からも近く行きやすかった。部屋も広々していて景色を楽しむことができた。 ただ、景観は会社と目線が同じなので夜まで電気がついたりしていて あまり開放感は感じられずブラインドもわかりにくかった。 アメニティは充実していて楽だった。朝食はかなり狭い空間で自由席だったため、1人の人が4人席だったり2人席のソファー席だったりと自由に座っていたため、後から来た人があまり席がなかったりしていたのでホテル側の方が案内する方が偏りがなくいいと感じる。ホテルのつくりは良く、天井が空いていたので開放感あり、中庭のような空間が新鮮に感じた。ホテルから出た階段を上った道から歩いたりしたが、信号がなく渡ることができなかったりしたので、ホテルでの案内があると知らなくても回り道せずスムーズに移動できると感じる。

近くで仕事があり使用しました。 駅からは10分くらい歩きます。 ホテルの入り口がわかりにくく、『ここで、あってるかな〜？』と、不安な気持ちになりながらたどり着きました。 チェックインもチェックアウトもとてもスムーズで無駄がありません！ アメニティ(無料)は、最低限のものだけですので、持参されたほうが良いと思います。(有料での販売はあるようです。) シャンプーやボディーソープの香りがとても良かったです！(ペリカン石鹸) お部屋は最上階の17階でした。 デスクが広く仕事しやすかったです。 朝食はパンやカレーが美味しくて朝からたくさん食べてしまいました！ とても快適に過ごせました！
