    泊まって後悔しました。 友人の結婚式があり、アクセスが良かったので利用しましたが、清掃面、衛生面が最悪だったのでもう二度と泊まりたくないです。 まずベッドですが、表面に精子の跡のような白い汚れがついてました。 使うのが嫌だったので館内着を敷いて掛け布団は使わずに寝ました。 次に風呂ですが排水溝の掃除を恐らく全くしていません。 排水溝カバーが上から確認しただけで茶色くカビている様子が確認できました。 そのためか構造上なのか分かりませんが、下水の匂いがひどく、トイレや風呂を浴びるのが本当に不快でした。 部屋内には空気清浄機がありましたが、トイレや身支度などで一瞬浴室の扉を開けたままにしておくと、すぐに部屋中に匂いが充満します。 もう利用しませんが、他のお客様のためにも上記改善を強く要望します。

    地下鉄駅から5分ほどと近く、近くに飲食店と目の前にコンビニも有り、便利だった。都心でのイベントにはどこに行くのも地下鉄が使えるので、また利用させてもらうと思う。

    コロナ禍で連泊の場合、清掃が無いのは仕方がないとは思いますが出来れば対応してほしいです。

    とてもスタンダードなビジネスホテルです。自動チェックイン・チェックアウトなのは楽でいいと思います。

    価格が安いので高望みはしませんが、受付人員を削減しているせいか、対応可能時間以外は領収書が出さないと言ったり、強く言えばすんなり出したりと、対応は大変不誠実です。あと浴室の排水が悪く、浴槽に深く溜まるし、排水溝には毛玉が残ってるし。次はお金出してでも他に泊まります。

    ユニットバス内にてシャワーで身体を洗っていると排水が悪いため足首以上まで汚水が溜まる状態。 とにかく気持ち悪い。掃除して水を流していれば排水が悪いのは分るはず。 近隣のリブマックス赤坂GRANDで同様の事が無かったので改善を希望します。 今後利用は検討させて頂きます。
