Japan|Age: 50s|Solo5Posted: 04/09/2023電話での問い合わせ、フロントでの対応は大手ホテルよりもとても良かったです。 チェックイン前に預けた荷物は部屋に運んでいただいて、再度出かける予定だったので助かりました。 部屋も綺麗で申し分なかったのですがリネン関係だけが残念でした。 バスタオル、ガウン共に綿埃が体にいくつもくっついて驚きました。 ホテル側というより、リネン業者の問題ではありますがそこだけ改善願えればと思います。

新橋駅からちょっと遠いです。それ以外は浮遊のホテルです。

狭いなりに快適に過ごせました。 素泊まりシングルとは思えない価格でした。立地がよいからでしょうね。しかたないですね
