Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 23/09/20238/31 家族３人で宿泊しました。 お部屋は広く露天風呂付きで快適でした。 夕食は以前の焼肉から今回は海鮮蒸しになっていたので少し残念でした。 お風呂は、露天風呂にたくさん落ち葉やゴミが浮いていたので少し残念でしたので朝風呂は部屋の露天風呂にしました。 カラオケや卓球があり退屈はしませんでした。 ありがとうございました。

前回利用した時は、夕食に、焼肉があったのに、期待してたのに、 蒸籠蒸しに代わっていた、 次回焼肉に戻してくれたらまた、 利用したいと思います。

総合評価を4点とさせて頂きましたが、 部屋に少し難ありと他でレビューさせて頂きました。 そしてもう一つ改善して頂ければ嬉しいのが、 本館から別館へ移動の際ペット用カートと荷物用カートを利用しましたが 途中で階段が有る為非常に不便な思いをしました。 不便な思いだけならまだしも、 同伴していた女性がカートと荷物を運ぶ際に足を踏み外して転倒してしまいました。 幸いにも怪我は無く事無きを得ましたが、2〜3段の階段ですのでカートがスムーズに移動出来る様 スロープにしていただければ幸いです。

総合評価では4点とさせて頂きましたが、 部屋が少し難ありでした。 一見すると清潔感がありとてもくつろげる良い部屋と思いましたが何故か陰気な気持ちになってきました。 原因はレースのカーテンが無い為に常時カーテンを閉め切ったままにしなくてはならない事。 チェックイン後部屋に入ると日光が一切射し込まず外が明るいのか暗いのか判らないレベル。 眺望が望めないのは理解していますが陽の光が射し込まないのは如何なものか。。。 他が満足出来るレベルでしたのでとても残念です。 改善して頂けるのであればまた利用させて頂きます。

Please use the hotel building for meals and public baths. You can also use the toilet and washroom inside the hotel. (You will need to move from the glamping area)
The toilet and washroom will be shared with the glamping area. The toilets in the glamping area are not equipped with washing machines.
In the event of inclement weather that makes it impossible to stay comfortably in the glamping area, there will be no cancellation fee. The hotel will contact you in advance.
We do not allow barbecues or other flammable cooking utensils to be brought into the glamping area, nor are guests allowed to bring their dogs with them.
