[Room Only Plan] This is a simple accommodation-only plan without meals. This is an old, small inn located at Kawayu Onsen, a hot spring 10 minutes by car from the World Heritage sites of Kumano Kodo and Hongu Taisha. After walking the Kumano Kodo, relax in the natural riverside hot springs or the inn's hot springs. The riverside hot springs include the permanent Yakushi-no-Yu managed by all the inns in Kawayu and a type where you can dig your own open-air bath in the riverbank. Please give it a try to create lasting memories. The inn provides free rental shovels and other tools. Every winter, from December 1 to the end of February, the giant open-air Senninburo bath opens in the river. Bath towels and towels are provided in the room. USB chargers, an electric kettle, tea, and Wi-Fi are available. To help you enjoy nature, we do not have televisions installed. Within the facility, we have a free washing machine, a paid dryer, a free coffee machine, a massage chair, and a shared refrigerator. It’s a 10-minute bus ride to Hongu Taisha and Yunomine Onsen. It’s 3 km to Tsugizakura, the starting point of the Kohechi course. 5 minutes by bus, 30 minutes on foot. Since there are few shops and restaurants in the Hongu area, we recommend making reservations in advance or buying items beforehand. Alcoholic beverages from the bar menu are available for purchase inside the inn. The nearest bus stop Is Kameya-mae Bus Stop. It is just a few meters from the bus stop.
