Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 30/5/2023秋田空港へのリムジンバスのバス停がホテルすぐそばで便利。チェックアウトが11時とゆっくり朝を過ごせる。朝食が美味しい。パンはどれも美味しかった。 ホテルのスタッフの方が、チェックイン後、歩行に介助の必要な母の手を取り、お部屋まで案内してくださった。

5月下旬に1泊しました。古いホテルながらも清潔感があり良かったです。 私は秋田空港から車の利用だったので、駐車場を利用しました。 駐車場は立体駐車場で、老朽化がひどく感じられ狭く感じました。 入出庫は自由ではなく、1日700円をチェックアウト時に精算する仕組みでした。 JR秋田駅からは、少し歩く印象のあるホテル立地です。 部屋は狭すぎずちょうど良かったです。部屋とバスルームの匂いも気になりませんでした。 スリッパは、使い捨てタイプではないものです。 寝巻きは、ワンピースタイプのものです。 チェックアウトの際、フロントの男性（４０－５０代のベテランっぽい方）の対応が残念でした。全く丁寧さは感じず、 クレジットの受け渡しや領収書の手渡など、全て片手で物事を済ませていました。 フロントに3名はスタッフがいて、チェックアウトで誰も並んでいない状況でしたので、ただの雑な対応として印象が残りました。
