Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 6/6/2023「青森に行くなら、また青森屋に泊まりたい」と妻の要望で、2度目の滞在。古い建物をリニューアルした青森屋ですが、お祭り気分に盛り上げようと意識された演出や飾りつけなどは、その頑張りに拍手拍手です。社員の皆さんが一丸となって一生懸命向き合われているのは5年前と同じ。星野リゾート青森屋の繁栄を心よりお祈りします。

スタッフは最高のおもてなしで噂通り以上でした。更に若いスタッフの方から出るパワーをものすごく感じました、（60歳をこえた私も改めて頑張ろうと思いました、本当にありがとうございます） これから日本いや世界のホテル業界を引っ張っていくだろうなと思います。 是非これからも今のおもてなしを継続していってください。 お金が溜まったらまた星野リゾートさんに泊めていただこうと思います。

9ヶ月の子連れで宿泊させていただきました。青森の名産りんごやねぷたの雰囲気を味わえる素敵な空間でした。お食事も種類が多く目の前で焼いてくれるものもありとても楽しめました。特に夜の露天風呂が幻想的で一番直しポイントでした。また次回行こうと思える素敵なホテルでした！

83歳の母の誕生祝いで、姉と3人で利用しました。 食事は夜も朝もブッフェでしたが、美味しいし、種類も豊富だし、3人とも大満足！ 特に夜はビールの飲み放題があって、お酒の好きな私達向き。 お酒と言えば、夜に無料で日本酒の振舞いがあったのも良かったです。 また温泉のお湯も肌がつるっつるになる素晴らしいお湯！！ 細々と面白いことが用意されていて、年代を問わず、みんなが楽しめるところだと思います。
