    ホテルフロント、従業員の対応が素晴らしい。 建物自体が古いだけで、お部屋も広くて、ロケーションもよく、備え付けの冷蔵庫も大きく、館内のショップの品揃えも豊富、大型の荷物預けロッカーもあり、チェックアウト後も１日シーワールドで遊べて最高でした。 次回はレストランも利用したいと思います。

    ひとり旅が趣味なので、一人用のプランがあって本当に嬉しかったです。 チェックイン日もチェックアウト日も鴨川シーワールドを満喫できて、ホテルのお食事も美味しくて、お部屋も広くて大満足です。 アメニティにボディタオルがあったら、もっと嬉しかったので、お風呂だけ３点にしてますが、それ以外は何も問題ありませんでした。

    この度は、当館をご利用頂き誠にありがとうございます。 今回は、鴨川シーワールドを滞在中、満喫頂いたご様子で嬉しく思います。 当館のお部屋は10畳の和室で基本的に大人2名様から受付が原則ですが、オフ期や団体予約等、急にキャンセルでお部屋が空いてしまった等の際に販売を行っております。 最後に、アメニティーについては社内で検討させて頂きます。 今後も、更なる努力と工夫を重ねサービスの向上を目指して参ります。 また鴨川へお越しの機会がございましたらご利用をお待ちしております。 ありがとうございました。
