[What is Funagoya Beef?] A legendary brand of beef developed over 40 years at Funagoya's Sanemoto Futo Farm! Feeding the cattle with "Futchan", an original feed made from a mixture of sake lees, beer lees, breadcrumbs, and soybean pulp, provides a sweet and juicy beef with a good balance of fat and lean meat.
