Japan|Age: 30s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 2/6/20235月末に1泊させてもらいました。乳児連れで不安もありましたが、事前の問い合わせから丁寧に対応いただきました。 子供を洗うため、洗い場のあるユニットバスでない部屋を探して、こちらのホテル（クイーンのお部屋）に決めましたが、お風呂はとても快適でした。ベビーバス、オムツ用ゴミ箱、ベビーソープをお借りし、タオルも多めに用意いただいていたので、お部屋では終始とても快適に過ごすことができました。朝ごはんも綺麗で広い会場で、のんびりいただきました。どれも美味しかったです！オーダーのエッグベネディクトは人気のようです。次はパンケーキが食べたいです。 お部屋でのんびりも良し、雨に濡れることもなくキャナルシティへお出かけできるのも、ポイント高かったです。博多駅からは子連れには少し距離があり、タクシーを利用しましたが、10分程度、1000円以内で着きました！ とても気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。ありがとうございました！

娘とふたり旅の宿として利用しました。 お風呂がシャワーブースと浴槽に分かれていて良かったです。浴槽が広いため入浴剤を入れてゆっくり楽しむことができました。 一点改善してほしいのは、シャワーブースの床が生乾きなのか、におっていたことです。浴槽に入浴剤を入れる際、服のままでシャワーブースの床に座ってしまい、床の異臭が服に移ってしまいました。 それ以外は快適でした。 朝食はつけずに、ルームサービスを頼みました。チェックインの際、ルームサービスの話をしたら、担当の方から部屋に電話がかかってきて対応いただきました。 ルームサービスの朝食をホテル滞在の楽しみの一つにしていますが、今回の朝食は質も量も大満足です。サラダも卵料理も本当に美味しかったです。 チェックアウト後に、ホテルのアフタヌーンティーもいただきましたが、抹茶スイーツが絶品でした。味だけでなく、見た目も洗練されていて目でも楽しむことができました。 お世話になりありがとうございました。

Various services will be available at the renovated 5th floor "Grand Club" from noon on October 10, 2023 (check-in starts at 3:00 PM).
Regardless of the payment method, if you are paying with a credit card imprint or cash at check-in, we will take a charge equal to or greater than the reservation amount. If you deposit cash, it will be settled at check-out and the difference will be refunded.
Persons under the age of 18 or those with tattoos are not permitted to use the fitness club. The spa/sauna usage fee is 2,200 yen/night (tax included) for general guests, and for World of Hyatt members staying at the hotel.
1,100 yen/night (tax included), free for club suite room guests. Use of the gym and pool is free. Children over 7 years old and over 120cm tall can also use the pool when accompanied by a guardian.
Time: 10:00-17:00 *Please contact Club Olympus in advance as reservations are required for up to 60 minutes. Children's price: Same conditions as adults.
The use of play equipment such as floats and beach balls is prohibited.
