まず、立地が最高でした！博多駅から近く、建物も分かりやすいです。 博多に子供2人つれて、母親の私は、なかなか買い物をしたり、大人が好むような居酒屋にもいけずにいましたが、ここなら、夕方主人に子供を部屋でみてもらい、キャナルで買い物できて最高でした。 ホテルからエレベーターで地下にいったら、そこはキャナルで感動しました。 夕方も家族で、キャナルの噴水ショーもみれて最高でした。 また、夕飯もファミレスとかで、せっかく博多にきたのに、、と思ってたところ、朝からビュッフェに明太子ともつ鍋！とっても嬉しかったです。 博多にきたらまたここに泊まりたいです。 フロントのかたも外国人の方でしたが、日本語が上手で、親切にしていただきました。

立地は最高で、ゆっくり久々にキャナルシティーを楽しめました。 部屋は数年前にとまったときとup dateを感じられず、最近とまった ビジネス系の中でも下位感は否めず。さらにアメニティーも以前より低下しており 次回はあまり考えにくいかなと感じました。 厳しい面はあるでしょうが、部屋の改善を少ししたらいいのにと感じました。
