    10/29に宿泊させて頂きました。まずチェックインの応対をして頂いた男性が不慣れなのでしょうか？感じが今一つでした。特に翌日の朝食時間について、こちらが朝早くチェックアウトするので7時頃とか無いのですか？という問いかけには答えず、8時と8時半しかありませんと取り付く島もない対応に、それじゃ朝食は要りません！とお断りしました。ちなみに朝食キャンセル分の料金は引かれることもなくそのままでしたが、他所のお宿でこういう対応はされたことがありません。どこもそれではお宿代から差し引いておきますので！って対応してもらったので、こちらは違ったようですね。最初の段階で不愉快な思いをしたまま部屋に案内されて、お部屋自体は経年劣化もあるのでこんなものだと思いますが、他の方も言われるように宿泊費に見合わないかもしれません。間取りも使いづらいし、布団もテレビの無い部屋に敷かれるし、もう少し何とかならないのかと思いました。部屋のお風呂は温泉ですが、浴槽に一段くらいの足つき場と手摺りが必須ではないでしょうか？結構な高さなので自分たちは平気でしたが、高齢者の方々は大変だと思います。ただし、夕食は大変美味しかったです！仲居さんの説明も丁寧で良かったです。若干、次の料理が来るまで時間がかかった場面もありますが、夕食については大変良かったので、それだけが救いでした。翌日のチェックアウトでも6時半と早かったので、お見送りは仕方ないとして、フロントの方のお声掛けがあっても良かったかな？正直にガッカリして帰りました。

    食事は美味しい。部屋は広いが、内風呂のシャワーが出ない等設備がちょっと気になる。
