Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 23/5/2023自身の誕生日記念に宿泊いたしました。 画像1枚目の玄関の佇まいに魅せられ、こちらの宿に決めました。 愛車を玄関前に停めて記念撮影するのが趣味なので。 建物は非常に歴史ある有形文化財の宿ですが、当然老朽化している部分も見受けられはするものの、よく手入れされており、古臭さなどは微塵も感じさせない立派な建物でした。 また、従業員の方のホスピタリティも大したもので、クルマが着くやすぐに出迎えていただき、丁寧に駐車スペースへの誘導をしていただきました(玄関の真正面へ停めさせていただき、安心できました)。 チェックインを済ませ、ほぼ待たされることもなくすぐに仲居さんが部屋への案内をしていただけました。 しかしどうやら外国人の方のようでしたので、聞けばベトナムからいらっしゃた方のようです。 純日本の宿で外国人の仲居さん？と、不安に思う方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、そんな心配はまったく要りません。 丁寧で礼儀正しく、日本語もまったくおかしなところもない流暢なものです。 なにより心のこもったホスピタリティ溢れる接客で、彼女のおかげでとても気分のいい滞在になりました。 少しお話しましたが、もう何年も日本に住まれているのかと思いましたが、まだ2ヶ月だとお聞きして夫婦ともども大変驚きました。 どうしたらそんなに上手に外国語を話せるようになるんでしょうね？ ただただ尊敬します。 まだ20代半ばで私たちの息子よりもお若い。 ありがとうございました。 よろしくお伝えください。 そうそう、料理も大変おいしく量的な満足も充分で、価格に見合うものでした。 お風呂も広く、手入れが行き届き、リラックスできました。 露天風呂も最高でしたよ。 宿泊を検討中の方には、是非訪れていただきたい宿です。 おすすめです！

有形文化財ということで宿全体が博物館のようで滞在中はあっという間で楽しく過ごせました。女性の1人旅では宿泊費も高くなることが多く、1人プランのある宿も少ないため選べないコトが多いのが今まで難点でしたがこちらの宿は1人でもリーズナブルな値段で温泉露天風呂付きの部屋に宿泊することができありがたかったです。しかも宿泊当日にお部屋を山楽荘にランクアップしていただき感激しました！もともと予約していた露天風呂つきの菫之間も捨てがたく親切にもどちらのお部屋も見せていただいて決めさせてくださいました。そのために忙しい中、広い旅館を何往復もして部屋を見に付き合ってくださり感動しました。最終的にランクアップの部屋に決めてよかったです！お部屋のお風呂には6回以上入り時間が足りないくらいでした。食事もおいしく、たくさん食べる私でもお腹が満たされて幸せな気分でした。若いスタッフの方も対応がとても丁寧で廊下で出会った時は足を止めてお辞儀をして挨拶してくださいました。今回は他の方のコメント欄に書かれていた悪い印象も頭に入れて宿泊しに行きましたがそのようなコトは全く感じさせず旅館の古さも階段の多さや不自由さはもちろんありますがそれ以上におもてなしを感じさせてくれるお宿でした。宿泊した月がたまたま誕生日月だったのですが本当に思い出に残る楽しい誕生日旅行になりました。料理、温泉、部屋、サービスすべてよかったです。また宿泊したいと思います。

主人の還暦祝いにこちらのお宿を選びました。 ケーキの注文をこっそりしておいたので、夕食後にサプライズで出して頂きました。（地元のケーキ屋さんに注文して頂きました） 赤いちゃんちゃんこと頭巾も用意して頂いたり、思っていなかったサービスもして頂き、素晴らしい対応でした。 お宿も迷路のようで探検したり、建物の装飾や置物など興味深く、楽しく過ごすことができました。 スタッフの皆様もお話しが楽しく、主人も大喜びで思い出深い旅となりました。
