Jepang|Usia: 30-an|Sendirian4Diposting: 25/2/2023２０２３年２月に一人旅で利用しました。 総合は４点としていますが、一人旅前提です。 ご家族などでくる場合は周りに何もないし設備の乏しさが退屈に感じるかもしれません。 ■立地 沼田駅などから送迎サービスがあるので公共交通機関で行くことができます。 周りに何もない場所を望んだので、一人旅としては最適です、静かな空間でひたすら温泉を味わうことができます。 山奥なのでかなり寒いです！２日前に降った雪がかまくら作れるレベルで積もっていて「例年より少ない」と言われました！ ■部屋 ベッドと椅子とテレビって感じの一部屋です。 脱衣所と温泉とトイレは別にあります、トイレめちゃくちゃきれいでした。 温泉は屋根付き半露天なので湯気の影響で上からしずくが滴ってきますが、天候に左右されず景色と温泉を楽しめるのは非常にいいと思います。 ■食事 おいしかったですの一言ですね。 おつくりとか肉料理とか、舞茸ご飯も美味で量も十分。 食事処のしきりが衝立で中途半端なせいでちょっと落ち着かないけど、、、 ■温泉 部屋付きのみです、硫黄の香りがほのかに。 朝、２０分くらいを３回ヘビーローテーションしましたが湯あたりしませんでした。 温度も絶妙で景色も最高、部屋付きでほかのお客さんを気にすることなく楽しめます。 ■サービス 送迎や丁寧な説明など、満足できるサービスでした。 ■設備・アメニティ 十分、乾燥対策のモイスチャージェルもあってよかったです。 WIFIも速度十分。

皆さんの接客時の態度が、余り良い印象ではありませんでした。忙しいのは分かりますが、残念です。夕食の食事中にもかかわらず、回りの掃除を始めたのにはあきれました。

部屋のソファーが、病院の待合室の椅子みたいで、座り心地が悪かったです。部屋からの景色は、雑木林と道路しか見えず、お風呂も半露天風呂とは書いてありますが、「半」でもなくほぼ室内でした。 お料理は、夜も朝も豪華で美味しくとても満足です。 従業員の方の対応もとても良かったです。 同行者は、もう次は無いと言っていました。

とにかく温泉が最高です。肌ツルツル。ひとり旅でも泊まれる小さめのお部屋ですが何回も入ってのんびりできました。窓を開放しなければ内風呂のような感じなのも雨でも濡れないので良いです。 今度は家族と広めのお部屋に泊まってみたいです。 温泉優先なので夕飯はつけませんでしたが朝食は美味しく会場も屋根が高い部屋で他のお客さんとの距離がきちんとあってコロナ禍でも安心できます。
